Bileguts also have several elemental attacks that can inflict damage over time and severely limit your movement speed. In the Burning Shores' opening quest, To the Burning Shores, the story path will introduce you to both Bileguts and Stingspawn.īileguts are large frog-like machines that use their robotic tongue and various leaping attacks to dish out damage. In addition to the Bilegut sites marked above, there are also a ton of Stingspawn in Cauldron: Theta. Stingspawn do not drop loot upon death, so unless it's required, there's really no reason to fight these foes.īecause Stingspawn are the offspring of Bileguts, they're normally found in or near Bilegut sites.Instead, focus your attention and resources on defeating the nearby Bilegut.Because Stingspawn pose a minor threat and die once their parental Bilegut is destroyed, we recommend that you largely ignore the pests until you're left with no choice but to kill them.To avoid having to fend off these annoying Machines, preemptively destroy Stingspawn Eggs with a ranged weapon or by quickly meleeing the eggs before the Stingspawn have time to hatch.Stingspawn can generally be destroyed with a singular, fully-charged arrow from a Hunter Bow.
